MemFix

Last Saturday Mac and I went to a fun event in Midtown Memphis called MemFix. It was a street fair/festival that took place in the shadow of the Sears Crosstown building. There are plans in the works to renovate and utilize this massive, vacant building. This festival was held to help show Memphians the value of the neighborhood all around this future Memphis gem.

We had a great time! We had a corndog (always a winner), beer tastings at the new High Cotton Brewery's booth, and took home a candy apple. We heard lots of interesting bands and did some window shopping. We brought Pepper with us, and she loved every minute. She got lots of attention. Such a pretty girl. Here are a few photos from our Saturday!
