Happy Birthday to Me!

Well, my 25th birthday came and went and I survived! I actually had an amazing day thanks to friends, family, co-workers, and one amazing fiance. I would like to announce that this will be the first annual 25th birthday, and I look forward to many more in the coming years. :)

My day started in Dallas for a work meeting, and ended up at one of my favorite restaurants in Memphis. Mac had flowers, cupcakes, and dinner reservations waiting on me when I got home from the airport. We had an amazing meal at Felicia Suzanne's and it was just overall a great day.

The BEST part of this day was the birthday gift Mac gave me...my wedding shoes! They are sparkly, beautiful, and the most special pair of shoes I will ever own. Want to see them? Here you go!

Amazing. Right?

Thank you, Mac, for a wonderful birthday and the best pair of shoes! I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in them!

Shopping Success

Last weekend my parents and I spent a day in Atlanta on our way to Flordia...yes, you read that correctly. Just a slight detour through Atlanta. Haha. We had very important things to accomplish during our one day visit...we had to purchase my wedding wardrobe. This was the shopping trip of a lifetime, and one I had been looking forward to for a while.

Mac and I are very lucky to have several friends and families throwing wedding parties and showers for us. And since these are once in a lifetime events, my parents took me to find beautiful new outfits for each one.

I would like to report that the trip was a major success. I found wedding shower dresses, honeymoon attire, and an amazing rehearsal dinner dress. It was a fun day and a shopping trip that I will never forget. My Dad deserves some type of an award for keeping himself busy the whole time while Mom and I shopped. He did not complain one time...well, except when he chugged my iced coffee before I had added cream or sweetener. Ha!

After a day in Atlanta, the Cooper family headed down to Rosemary Beach to spend the Fourth of July weekend with some more of our family. It was a great weekend and the perfect last vacation for the Cooper family of three. From now on, Dad won't be so outnumbered!!

P.S. I do have some photos from the trip, but I am in California for work and am blogging from my iPad. The crazy thing won't let me upload photos. I will post pictures once I get back to Memphis.
